Dues are optional, but RHNA depends on your generosity to provide its valuable services.
$320
New for 2025: A single dues payment covers RHNA's benefits. In previous years, RHNA divided payments by purpose, such as "social events" and "security." We have combined dues into one payment because the majority of neighbors pay for both services and because it simplifies the process. Contact us with questions about this change.
Thanks to high participation in 2024, there is no increase in dues!
Social Events
Social dues allow us to plan fun events like Flamingo Fridays, Ladies' Nights, Guys' Nights, Holiday Tour of Homes, and our annual Halloween and Easter parties as well as provide welcome baskets to new neighbors. Plus, we are always open to new traditions! View our full social calendar here.
Security
The best and most cost-effective crime deterrent available to our neighborhood is our security patrol:
Up to 2 hours/day, 7 days/week monitoring by off-duty police officers for the Ridgewood Heights neighborhood and 10 hours/day for the Paces neighborhood (12 hours of patrol combined).
Officers are in uniform and monitor APD radio (allowing them to be first on the scene, when on duty), respond to security alarms, and investigate suspicious cars.
Home monitoring while out of town. Officers check on houses and move newspapers and packages to discreet locations.
Paying members receive email and cell phone access to security patrol.
Representation
Your dues help RHNA represent our area on issues that affect you. From city planning to street repairs to environmental concerns to crime and safety, funds help us participate and advocate at the city, county, and state level.
This includes the Buckhead Council of Neighborhoods, which provides a unified voice for all Buckhead residents on topics such as education, transportation, traffic, community development, and government services.
