RHNA is an association formed under the City of Atlanta according to its requirements and with the benefits that designation offers. It represents residents west of Peachtree Creek in the historic neighborhood of Ridgewood Heights.
The association advocates for residents on issues such as zoning and land use with the City of Atlanta. Members and residents are encouraged to attend monthly Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) meetings for the "C" area. RHNA is also a voting member in the Buckhead Council of Neighborhoods.
The RHNA board is an all-volunteer group made up of residents from Ridgewood Heights. Along with addressing neighborhood issues, RHNA plans social activities, funds the security patrol, and welcomes new neighbors.
The board encourages residents to participate at every level. Here are some ways to do it:
Attend an RHNA board meeting. Meetings are typically held the first Thursday of each month. We love meeting new neighbors!
